RESERVATION POLICY: For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of reserving. The balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received at 60 days or more prior to arrival are fully refundable. If cancelled 59 days to 31 days prior to arriaval, the deposit will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made at 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is charged at the time of reserving. If cancelled, these reservations are non-refundable.
